Fond du Lac Cross Country
Theisen Middle School
ABOUT
Fond du Lac Middle School Cross Country includes runners from all Fond du Lac middle schools including Sabish, Woodworth, Theisen, and STEM Institute. Although teams practice separately at their home school, they run together at all meets as a Fondy team.

Girls and boys grades 6-8 are welcome to join!
Races at meets are as follows:
6th and 7th grade girls (1.5 mile)
6th and 7th grade boys (1.5 mile)
8th grade girls (2 miles)
8th grade boys (2 miles)
